If you are buying through an agent then you should have been given all the details and plans
Certainly do not go over without them and also being clear in your mind that you are serious about buying a re sale
Which developement is it on?
There are a few ' new ready now ' on some of the developemnts which may be of interest to you

Hi Mick,
The golf course at HR is not yet open the course will be a 18 hole golf course, only nine holes are due to open Feb 08 the other 9 holes due to open May 2008.
The town centre or commercial area has not been constructed , date of completion a year or more away from the information i have .
