Was only teasing you! I love my beemer as only a mother would! Its a bit battered to be honest, I mean it has character!!!!! Loads and loads of characters but I cant honestly think of a better car to have. Totally unsuitable for clients as its a 325i cabrio - and I put the hood down in May, back up in October!!! Only the brave enter! But then I have never advocated taking clients in my car anyway - never did in the UK, mostly they follow or I meet them closeby.

I know who you mean and hopefully it is quiet for them the so and sos!

I havent got the details but if you ask your lawyer or gestor they should know. I looked at it nearly 2 years ago and thought it was a good idea and if I smell its gonna be regulated I well do it, but I think that with the market as it is the powers that be will leave it alone on the basis the baddies wont make the easy rip off money and so only the f(fool) hardy will carry on!

Life's treating me very well to be honest, cant grumble although could do with more dosh coming in that going out but hey ho! Business has got off to a jump, I ended up doing over 12 hours yesterday, what a shock! And although off from 21st dec to yesterday () I did keep coming in to check emails. The web is attracting loads still and sellers desperate to get shot are already clamouring so will be busy year but who knows if it will produce any money!

I have to say that the BMW's belonging to a certain Irish company are completely unsuitable for 5 adults (including the driver) to spend 10 hours trawling up & down the AP7, with only 1 stop.

Thanks Morerosado

As I said to Gina the only disappointment was that we couldn't use our own picture of the development as the header.

Nevertheless it was easy to do for technophobes with no idea of how to set up a web site.

I think selling your house using an agent is the way to go. I tried selling privately last year (the market was good then) got 2 offers from people who did not have two pence to their name, it took me valuable months to find this out. I placed it with an agent a week before Xmas and again I've had two offers, both were checked for finances by the agent and were serious buyers. The agent got me the best offer  some 5k more than I could get privately so well covering his fees. Barring any disaster it'll be done and dusted by March. I've had no worries at all, the agent wants the sale as much as me so he makes sure things go ahead smoothly. I've got nothing against saving a few bob but at the end of the day I want it sold and retain what hair I have left. Incidently I do not work for an agent, I'm a CCTV and door access engineer, so if anyone wants an intercom system, let me know. Ron
