What can i say , finding a lovely house on the costa del sol to rent couldnt be so easy, BUT, then you meet the agents, of which some are lovely and helpfull and yes they do look after the home owners and the tenants..
well up until now we have had no trouble with our agents until after 3 years we moved to the lovely urbanization of BALCONES DE MIJAS, in BUENA VISTA , MIJAS,
our story starts with the promis of number 18 balcones de mijas being all prepared for our arrival, a lovely new garden all paved and some lovely shrubs scatted around, a big concrete wall of 10 foot high to be rendered and painted nicely ,and how the agent will look after us on this very quiet urbanization ,, Then we had the agent you would hate to have looking after your interest, The presidents of the urbanization DENISE AND RUTH they actually live here now wouldnt you think that was a good thing>>>
then we moved in and denise the agent tells us the owner jeff longley has not enough money now , he only provided you with 2,600.00 euros budget, that ment half a garden to be paved and no ugly 10 foot wall to be rended or painted, so to have a garden for my children the materials where provided and we had to pave the garden ourselves, now half way through doing this we had a leak in the walls , TOILET WATER.. now fthree months later, the house is looking very bad and having a sewerage leak is no a good thing for us to live in and the owner to have as a problem in his house ,,, but never mind the agent is here NOT ,, we fixed the blockage at first ,, and no agent came near , this man denise hides when he has to fix a problem especially as there was no money from the owner who as we where told , can hardley pay for this house ,, any way as a result we are leaving what should have been a lovely place to let especially a t 1050.oo per month, we where also told you can get a phone line ,, HA another lie from the president of the urbanization, trust this man to look after your houses here , i think not , all this person is out for is to get the deposits of people for renting your houses , then when there is a problem he says
WELL YOU LEAVE AND I WILL REPLACE YOU FOR A NEW TENANT AND I GET THE DEPOSIT , WHAT AN AGENT , WHAT A GREEDY MAN ,, WE ARE DISCUSTED IN THESE TWO PEOPLE , DENISE AND RUTH .. THEY WILL NEVER HAVE LONG TERM TENANTS IN YOUR HOUSES ,, ALL I CAN SAY IS GET ANOTHER AGENT WHO IS IN YOUR BEST INTERESTS,,
