Easter Cultural Fiestas Costa del Sol

Hi All
I am at our home in Riviera Costa del Sol for Easter and I haven't been there at this time before, can anyone recommend the cultural festivities for this period in our area. I hear tell that the Semana santa de Malaga is something to look out for.

I haven't been, but understand that the Malaga Semana Santa is fab (a good option if you can't get to Sevilla - the BEST). Antonio Banderas often flies in with Melanie and Stella Carmen and they watch the procession from the balcony of his Dad's apartment in the city centre. Have a good one wherever you go!

From Riviera probably Fuengirola would be good. Its a fair size and it starts from the constitution (church) square in the centre. The procession goes around town and afterwards there are plenty of bars and restaurants to go to
