It looks all rather clever wording really. If someone bought 2 years ago at 150,000 euros and then had to add their purchase costs on at roughly 13% which makes 169,500, then realised theyhad to sell, they would probably want all their ourlay returned PLUS the agency and selling fees added on - another 13% so that makes it 191,535 to break even
However, agent says you need to take a hit, drop it by 20k. Not much of a deal really is it.
The real deal is finding out how much lower you get it for - as Gillespie says, 68k under is better than 20k.....!
