For those living / holidaying in or around Duquesa dont overlook Jerez airport which is an hour and 15 mons drive through some great stressfree scenery, ryan air fly there form Stansted and prices are very very reasonable.

Having done the cross country route on the motorway ( which is great as it has very little traffic, I doubt that you can do this journey in an hour and a quarter, unless you want to spend time talking to the Spanish traffic police.
Remember that the Spanish speed limit is 120 km and the distance from Jerez airport to Duquesa is approaching 200km

Michael,
I'm not sure that's right. Maybe if you're going cross-country on the side roads, but if you go straight down the A381 and then up the A7, it's about 140km, most of which is motorway. If you get good traffic, 1 hr 15 minutes sounds possible.
Mark.
