De nada = don't mention it/you're welcome (you'd say 'de nada' if someone said 'gracias')
Hasta = until (although in 'hasta luego', 'hasta pronto', 'hasta manana' it means 'see you later', 'see you soon', 'see you tomorrow' - literally 'until later' etc...)
pronto = soon
es muy bien = it's very good

Have you tried the series on the internet called - coffeebreak spanish? weekly free that you can download to p.c., podcast, all available from when they first started.
