Swimming pool colour
The Comments |
We are trying to decide on colour for our new pool - rather urgently because of course the builder drops this on you with little notice, having told us very recently that there was no urgency. Don't want real blue again as we are quite rural. I have been trying to find local (tiled) pools which are sandy or greeny-blue but even the suppliers don't seem to know of any. Have seen a sandy Pebbletec one and it was lovely - reflected the sky to make a lovely aqua blue colour - and I would really like to go with that sort of thing, but I don't know how a) deep it has to be to get this effect and b) whether I would get the same effect with tile.
Does anyone have any experience of this sort of colour?

Hi Jane,
It seems you've stumped 'em all with your query and I have no idea either. Sorry!

Thanks Georgia - have just seen a green one and quite agree - just looks dirty/full of algae. Was the sandy one you saw tiled or Pebbletec type?

Hi Jane,
I am sure it was tiled but i was looking from a neighbours terrace,it caught my eye because they are quite different from the norm.
Regards
Georgia
