My Community is in the process of going out to Tender for renewal of Maintenance Contracts. We have taken over control from our Developer this year but the Administrators are still the ones appointed on completion, FOR NOW!!
I'd be very interested to hear from anyone who has any
detailed breakdowns of figures achieved, Even Better, would be a Spreadsheet or Word version Copy? We are based on the CDS and have 7 Blocks of 8 apartments with a Pool, Tennis Court and reasonable sized gardens. Each Block has a Lift, Electric Door Entry and Remote Garage access.
First Year Community Fees are on average €300 a month or €194,000!! This includes a contribution to the Running a Local Golf Club House and 9 Hole Par 3 course that costs around €40 a month!
