any readers out there caught like us in the above development ??
the bank are willing to mortgage the property even though they havnt recieved the habitation licence yet
i reckon they want to offset aifos,s loan before they go bust
my solicitor is advising me to sign now and take possesion of the property now because if aifos goes bust at least we will have title, if we dont sign now we may loose our deposit (30%) if they go
he reckons its to late to take them to court
any advise greatly appreciated
