water for batteries?
The Comments |
Hi,
Can you use both 'agua desmineralizada' and 'agua desionizada' to top up batteries?
Thanks, Febe

Hi Febe,
Don't know the answer to that question, however:
You can fill a plastic bottle with ordinary tap water, put it in the freezer over night and then defrost it the follwoing morning.
Most modern batteries are designed NOT to be filled and if the water has dropped to low then you should really buy a new battery, as they should then last you 3 - 5 years!

Are you talking about mineral water? Never used them... simple tap water works fine.
On a related note, I've been reading up a bit about hybrid cars as well. Not seen many in Spain as yet... but I've been thinking of converting my car to run on a hybrid energy system -- electric + petrol.
Heard of some Finnish wiki sites that got them converted to pure electric pretty fine.
