Great British Services Sat TV ?

Hello All,
I subscribe to an organization called GBS or Great British services.
They are Sat TV providers.
I can not seem to contact them on the number I used last year.
Does any one wish to comment on this or any other matter regarding this company?
I am not sure if it's just my own bad luck with them or in fact have any of the members here had any dealings with them?
Please share your thoughts and any feed back you may have.
