Does anybody know this development? I am thinking of buying there.
Thanks for any opinions.

Ask for prices and status of the licenses from Tow Hall first of all.

I thik Majestic Hills have their own off plan developement forum on this site so I would take a look. I know there are some issues with a few of the developements in the Casares area.

Hi everyone,
I did look at Majestic Hills forum, but the last post is from 2006.
I really like the apartment and the views, the finishings, feeling of spase, the gardens. I am a bit worry about the area: the building site over the road, the bad roads, no street lighting. Do you think when the building ( Majestic Village) is finished they will deal with the area?
Is Majestic Hills a good long term investment (10 -15 years)?
Thanks for any advice.

I don't know if you are aware but Majestic went down a couple of years ago. They are no longer around.
Majestic Village next door is being finished off by the buyers themselves. They have all put in several thousand euros to finish the development. I doubt they will pay for work on the roads though.
Majestic Hills is a nice development. They had some issues to begin with, as do most new communiites, but they do seem good apartments.
In terms of long term investment...who can tell. Saying that, there are few short term investment opportunities at the moment so everything has to be considered on a long term basis anyway!
