Riviera Del Sol
The Comments |
We were looking at likely areas to rent a property on the coast...(campo living can wear you down after a few years!) and saw some really nice places at Riviera Del Sol.
However we did notice that most of the properties area empty at the later phases. Whole gated urbanizations were padlocked up, It's a huge pity as there seem to be some really beautiful houses and apartments standing empty. Does anyone know whats happening with the area? Also didn't see anyone playing golf at calanova..

Mark you seem to have your areas mixed up riviera del sol is a very bouyant residential area with lots of restaurants and commercial areas it is very improved and well cared for ,you are perhaps talking about the eyesore developments under the motorway bridge on the ap7 which link into calanova these are newer do not yet have their habitation licences and will take time to develop, building has now stopped in Riviera but visit www.rivieradelsol.co.uk for more information on the area expect to pay 700 to 800 euros for along term rental in Riviera
