i only owned a house for 2 months do i have to pay a full years wealth tax

Hi lesliers
Non-resident's Property Wealth tax has to paid fully regardless of whether you've owned the property for a whole year or only during a few months. Property Income Tax is paid only for the period you've owned the property as a non resident.
Property Wealth Tax has been suppressed, and starting next year non-residents will pay only Property Income Tax .
