Roquefort Sauce
The Comments |
Hi All
My favourite sauce when I'm in Spain is the roquefort cheese sauce. I have bought some cheese here so can anyone tell me the best way to make it? Karensun did tell me but I think I was under the influence at the time so have forgotten

Hi Candyfloss,
You just brought back memories of a delicious 'three cheeses' pizza we had at a restaurant in Malaga earlier this year.
When it arrived at the table and I noticed the 'blue' cheese my heart sank. My husband complains about the smell everytime I store blue cheese in the refrigerator. I keep it in the cheese compartment in a food container and so how he can smell it I do not know. He certainly would not eat it.
So I kept quiet, and tried to take most of it in my portion. When my husband tasted it he remarked on the great flavour and on the fact that I had taken the lion's share of this particular cheese. So I kept quiet again!!
