Transporting Furniture from UK

Hi
Does anyone have any ideas or contacts regarding transporting furniture to Southern Spain from the UK. Looking for the cheapest method and considering sending a container or renting a van, any advice/suggestions from anyone or useful contacts would be much appreciated.

hey
probably a little late here, but i moved to marbella from the uk in 2007 and used britania, the seem pretty competative and not a thing was broken! allways a plus !
