Fortuna Golf, Mercia.

Hi, I'm new to this website, found out about it a couple of days ago.

I found a huge thread regarding investors into the doomed Fortuna Golf resort on my first day on the site, but since then, can't find it, can anyone tell me where it is?

I am one of those unfortunate enough to have put everything I have into this development, and likely to lose it all from what I was reading.

Instant Access Properties, back on 2006, managed to convert my £2.5k bad debt into what amounts to £80k 'good' debt. I am looking to retrieve approx 52,000 Euro's, but I shan't hold my breath.

This good debt to me is rather like a boxer being floored by a 'good' left hook. Just who is it good for?

Whilst the thread I saw was very sad, (as are many others), I was comforted to find others in an equally dire situation I find myself in.

I woke up at 4am this morning, cold sweat, sick to the stomach, wondering what on earth to do about this property situation.

I must look at the positives, I still have a loving family, have my health (at the moment) and a job, (at the moment!).

Anyway, if anyone knows where the original thread is, please point me in the right direction.

Re the thread you speak of, I've searched & can't find it. The search facility is far from perfect, even our site owner agrees.

There's SO much on our forum, if you see something, best to save link to get back to it.
