Already using every contact i have within the business and might have found a documentary company willing to take  it on, At the moment i am trying to find a reasionable prices spanish lawyer to fight this and do the completion for me so if anyone can recomend a fighter then please advise me

I would like to comment on obtaining the N.I.E.

Someone said you can go to the local police station and get it yourself.

We got ours a few months ago in the Costa Blanca and it's not quite as stated.

There are three main places to get your NIE depending on where you are going to live.

Elche, Orihuela and Alicante.

There is also a fourth option.

If you are buying in the Torrevieja area there is a tiny office dedicated to small paperwork and you can go and do a same day job there too.  You just take your filled in forms and take a deli type ticket from the wall and sit and wait. Very easy unless like us you think they still cover the whole area and not just Torrevieja.

They made us wait the full two weeks because our house is actually in Dolores.It was changed from covering the general area to the city area only.

Yes we downloaded ours before going over so it was all sorted with copies, passport photocopies and photos.

Our "local" UK consulate is over 4 hours drive away.    Quicker to fly to Spain. lol
