PROMOBY DEVELOPERS/BUILDERS

Does anyone know the situation regarding PROMOBYS and a recent court case? We are buying a property in Turre built by these builders and we have been told by the Solicitor that an embargo has been placed on all his properties so we cannot sign the deeds until he has paid his fine or taxes or whatever is due? I have googled Promobys but cannot get any information on them.

Also can anyone tell me if Aldea Advisors are solvent and trustworthy?

last year I completed on an apartment built by Promobys in Turre. I was out there last month and was not aware of any problems. I will contact our president and see if he can shed any light on the situation. I do hope your purchase goes through as the apartments are well built and in a lovely location.
