Try Before You Rent, Would This Work ?

I manage several properties on the Costa Blanca and thought that maybe if prospective renters came for
a weeks holiday to see the area and the property then i could deduct the cost of the holiday rental from the rent
for the 11 months if they decided to rent long term.
What do you think, would this work ?
