Capital Gains Tax Refund

Did you sell a property in Spain between 2004 - 2006?

True you can reclaim. You only have four years from the date you flled in the tax form to reclaim. I can put anyone in touch with a no win no fee lawyer. Nothing to lose.

Maria. Thank you for your kind advice but I would like to pass on to you this piece of information. that this was the case until recently when a court case set a precedent and it is now legal to work on no win no fee. if you wish me to send you details of the sentencia I am quite willing to do so.

The no-win-no fee prohibition is much of an agreed rule among lawyers members of the Law Society than a law or decree itself. I am curious to see the Court decission. It is serious business.

Of course Myra I am not saying you are doing somthing illegal on purpose. I metioned it just in case you were not aware of it as you are not a spanish lawyer.

Having been duped by so many including Lawyers in Spain I prefer to trust the opinions/advice of Myra on this one as she has, and is helping me and others far more than anyone else has to date, and you know its a much cheaper option.
