Communal Pool Costs

I live on a community with a communal pool,  I would like to know what costs there are per year to run your pools I.e. upkeep, cleaning, insurance lifeguard etc.

This could vary a lot from Urbanisation to Urbanisation dependent on the size of the pool and how often it is cleaned etc.  We are on the Costa Blanca and pay 330 per month for the water to be maintained and 10 euro per hour for any cleaning to the tiles, sunbeds etc.

We are in Torrevieja and have a communcal pool.  It's used by approx 80 households and the yearly fee is 250 euros, but there is no lifeguard.

Hi Nitram.  We are a Community of 101 and we do not have a life guard our pool is big but just under the size that needs one under Valencian law.
