The majority of members on this forum will not even know that Estellencs is in Mallorca. If you've been there, you probably already know more about it than anyone else here!
I lived for some years in Palma, and thought I knew the island pretty well, but I just had to check a map to remind me where Estellencs is. I don't have a clear recollection of the village itself, but I know it's on, or near, a stunning bit of the coast. Amazing place to visit, I'm sure, but to live there full time? Everyone has their own personal priorities I know, but I would suggest that you think seriously about things such as healthcare, local resources (how far to the nearest supermarket?) dependence on owning a reliable car etc.
Anyway, the best way to find out if it suits you or not would be to rent a place for 6 months or more, before commiting to buying a property.
