Legalising my existing swimming pool
The Comments |
My swimming pool was not put on my escitura by the developer and I have been told that I will have to sort this out before I can sell the property. Does anyone know the process and what is involved in legalising an existing swimming pool.
Do I need a licence from the Town Hall - any idea how much this costs?
Do I need to use a solicitor and notary for the legislation?
Grateful for any help givem.

How long has the swimming pool been built?

The swimming pool was built the same time as the house - five years ago.

You need to go through the legalising procedure in the Twon Hall first and once the pool has its license, to register it in the Land Registry.
Costs for the legalisation depends on municipalities.
I would certainly advise you to hire a lawyer for the legalisation. A Notary deed is also needed.
