is VIPS going downhill?

I've been a regular eater at VIPS for the three years I've lived here (mostly becuase you could eat at what I consider a reasonable hour 8-9pm) but about 6 months ago I noticed the quality of the food going downhill, today I ate there today and the food was positively bad! Making maters worse they've put the prices up!!!!
Bad enough I won't eat there again

Decided after all I don't like Spanish TV, that is having compared both.
