land disputes
The Comments |
we have ahad our house built in Fuengirola but the developers have built within our 3 metre boundary the houses around the urbanization are not to be more than 7 metres high but these are well over that. We have called in a topographica to establish how much they have used. The topographica has now asked for a meeting with the man who sold us the land to make sure there was no segregation at sometime. I cant understand this as there was a mortgage on the land from the bank that we took over, plus everything has been passed by the royal college of arcitects. Is this really necessary as I thought that we would go straight to the town hall and expalin this, and then they would go and stop them building any further. I am worried that I am wasting money on lawyers and topographica that is not nescessary. does anyone know what the case is in this situation
