Hi everyone
i have bought a house in spain and plan to move out there with my family i am in the contruction trade here in the uk.
i have just bought the domain www.villasafes.com and are in the early stages of setting up the business i have a past in this trade i am going to specialise in fitting floor safes.
i have done alot of homework and feel it will work especially on a commision basis with agents and developers??
does anyone have any views on this
Iain

Hi Iain, I think with the number of new developments around you should do very well. Most people I am sure will be considering a safe for all private papers.

Hi Carol
Thanks for the reply i hope your right im 100% sure it will work for some one to break into a floor safe they would have to be a very very good locksmith or go in with a big jack hammer.
plus they dont take up any room and are hidden im thinking about advertising on here with justin
if anyone wants to get involved maybe sales etc then feel free to pm me or reply
Iain

Hi Alex875
We had a quote from our builder to install a safe during the building process.
He wanted something ridiculous like £250 to supply & fit.
We bought a safe from Robert Dyas in the UK, for about £35, took it with us and my Brother fitted it for the price of a beer!
Ok, it isn't floor sunk, but it's pretty secure with bolts into the wall and floor, but it does us.
I don't think we could have had a sunken one though, we are in an apartment and I'm not sure if the people below would have liked it hanging through their ceiling!

Hi Thanks for your support
I am based near the mar menor area and will travel up and down the coast and inland.
the intrest ive had from agents and buyers has been great.
fibby i could get in your safe with a knife and fork and a blind man could find it so thanks for your post.
£250 sounds good to me because i bet it was insurance rated which means cheaper premiums
does it still sound exspensive?
once again
Thanks
Iain

Hi Alex
Would that be knives & forks from Ikea?
Only I have them in my kitchen drawer in Espania, now wondering if I should change them for something more expensive?
