Hi i am new here , thinking to buy a property in Catral ,and i would like to talk with people living there , How this their daily lives , security issues ?

If you are thinking about the Campo be really really careful what you look at.
If you are thinking about the town then thats fine,Catral has some great priced properties at the mo and is a really nice town to live in with every amenity in and a train staion just a few mins away.

As georgia said in the campo there are hundreds of illegal properties around Catral and Dolores. We have relations there and a developer built and sold 10 in the field behind them and last I heard lots had been served with notices of illegality by the council.

Thanks both for answers, i am very aware of the Catral " situation " but so far you dont know for sure someone who has got his house demolished ?? And i wanted to know more about the daily life in Catral area , is it pleasant to live there ??

There are a number of people in the thespainforum who live in Catral. Even the owner of the forum lives there. There're lots of info there.
