Another Form 201 question...Does a form 210 need to be submitted quarterly if allowable expenses are in excess of rent in a quarter and no tax is payable? Can the expenses also be carried forward against later quarters?

I am a UK tax resident and bought a property in Barcelona in March 2014 that is currently being let on short term lets, the first let being in late May after getting the tourist licence. I know that I need to submit a Form 210. I had read on various website that submission was quarterly, but reading the Agencia Tributaria guidance on filling out Form 210 in both english and spanish says that a return for "income from real estate located in Spain" needs to filed annually. Can anyone confirm whether this is or is not correct based on their experience. Many thanks ( I'm sure this will be my first of many basic Spanish tax questions!)
