Angel de Miraflores
Called at the property on Sunday to find my way round. Noticed I wasnt
able to park anywhere near the appartment and had to park some distance
away – no hardship, the walk did me good. Noticed approaching block 4 at
the bins there was a man pulling rubbish out of the bins to get an old
video recorder out then to my surprise he went into the appartments, came
back out and picked up an old t.v. and took that in as well. Later I
spoke to a man who lived in these appartments and asked him what it was
like, which he replied “theres much better places”. I enquired about
gaining entrance just to walk around the complex and asked if that would
be a problem – he said “the gate over there doesnt work, you can walk
through there”. I asked him about security and he said “what security?”.
So I had a look around and noticed a lot of properties empty and several
looked like they had ‘squatters’. The reason I say ‘squatters’ is at that
particular time I saw a man dragging a duvet, 2 pillows and some
electrical equipment going into the complex. I feel that the people who
are letting or who own the complex are letting you all down. Let me know
