Hi Maria,
We have just had a firm offer from someone wanting to rent our apartment for a long term let e.g. 11 months and possibly 18 months. I understand that we must let it for only 11 months and need a rental contract but am wondering if we need to do this through our lawyer in Spain and if so approximately how much will it cost? I am sure there are also other legal areas we need to consider in order to let our apartment successfully and legally. I have read answers to similar questions on EOS but they are difficult tp find.
Thankyou. Lunn B

Hi,
We used Record for our 4 day stay (arrived home last night) and had fuel on a full/full basis. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for the car and we were lucky as our cases came on the conveyer belt pretty quickly. The queue behind us was very long! The car we had was dirty and dented all down one side although the lady behind the desk pointed this out and stamped our receipt. We shall be looking for another company in future.

Hi,
Thanks for that. I have now booked with Record on the full/full basis. The price is very competitive too.

Hi,
We are flying to Malaga airport next week and I wondered if any one knows a company that hires cars on a full tank/ full tank basis. We are only going for 4 days and there is absolutely no chance of us using a full tank of fuel. I strongly object to taking back half a tank and getting no refund!

We are thinking of renting out our property in La Hacienda (Benahavis) after completion, most probably on a long term contract and wonder if anyone can recommend a rental company. We have been in touch with Crystal Shore but need further advice if possible. Any information would be gladly received. Has any one had dealings with Crystal Shore?
