Legal aspect of renting long term.
The Comments |
Hi Maria,
We have just had a firm offer from someone wanting to rent our apartment for a long term let e.g. 11 months and possibly 18 months. I understand that we must let it for only 11 months and need a rental contract but am wondering if we need to do this through our lawyer in Spain and if so approximately how much will it cost? I am sure there are also other legal areas we need to consider in order to let our apartment successfully and legally. I have read answers to similar questions on EOS but they are difficult tp find.
Thankyou. Lunn B
