Hi All,
I have also ordered the book and received it today.
I'm about to become President of my community (in Estepona) and agree with Roberto on the fact that the book is complete and easy to understand. I will probably change our administrator as we get little clarity on what is being done with our money. I'm not saying that it's being "mis-used", but if I am to take such responsibilities (and liabilities) I want to make sure figures are correct and “control processes” are in place. I am therefore thinking of having the accounts audited by external parties. Has anyone got any advice on this? Is it wise doing so? Is it expensive? Are there other companies than the one offering the book who offer such auditing services on the Costa del Sol? Any advice or recommendation?
Thanks in advance,
Susan
