I am marketing agent for a Holiday Rental Company called Tots to Travel  which over the last 4 years has gone from strength to strength. It started out in France and has gone so well that they are now expanding into Spain. They specialise in properties that are checked to be child friendly in line with CAPT ( Child Accident Prevention Trust) This is a growing market
