Hi there,

I am working on a clean room project, where 3 clean rooms share common walls. Like a 70' X 100' box, divided in 4 rooms 25' X 70'.

The airflow has to be laminar. meaning the air has a down flow pattern from the HEPA filter boxes in the ceiling.

The rooms will have some over pressure to keep the dust out and have also filters above the floor in the walls.

The problem is the filters in the 3 common walls that have to be mounted in a duct, central and also serving as basis for the walls.

The walls are panels in alu profiles of 6 X 6 cm. These have to sit on top of a vertically placed rectangular pipe of minimal 8" High X e.g. 3' wide and 1/8" wall thickness.

I am trying to find an existing extruded alu box (rectangular) profile, with reinforced partitions inside, where we can mount the filter holders in )vertically).

I have checked many places, but come not even close to finding something suitable.

Any hints? Preferably an aluminium profile supplier as referral  in the US.

Much appreciated

Many thanks for El alamillo and wodger's reply.

I was thinking the "heat" from Built in ovens is one of Fire Triangle and the three sides.

And I did search some useful tips on UK Fire Service site,

wish there be no fire out here.

The place I am living easily gets fire, and I do really worry about it.

I was thinking where can I run out quickly once it gets fire.

Especially I find most of my neighbours utilizing built in ovens constantly,

will this kind of home appliance get easily fire?

I would less use it.
