I've actually checked out the Jumilla complex before. It's a decent spot, but flooding isn't really an issue there. Overall, it's a pretty nice area, especially for winter stays. There are enough folks around to keep things lively without it being too quiet. Plus, the bungalows are cozy, and you'll likely find what you're looking for in terms of space.
