HY there i can see your post and i have some suggestion
-
Denia Old Town (Casco Antiguo): The historic center of Denia, known as the Old Town, is a charming area with narrow streets, traditional Spanish architecture, and a lively atmosphere. It offers a mix of residential properties, including apartments and townhouses, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions.
-
Les Roques: Les Roques is a residential neighborhood
TellHappyStar Customer Survey situated on the outskirts of Denia. It is a tranquil area with a mix of traditional and modern properties. The location provides a peaceful environment while still being close to the town center and amenities.
-
Las Rotas: Las Rotas is a picturesque coastal area known for its stunning rocky coves and clear waters. It offers a more natural and relaxed setting compared to the bustling town center. Properties in this area may have beautiful sea views and easy access to the beach.
-
La Pedrera: La Pedrera is a residential area located on a hillside, offering panoramic views of the town and the sea. It is a peaceful neighborhood with a mix of detached houses and apartments.
Thanks and regards

Denia Property Prices vary depending on the minimum amount of bedrooms you require in your new home. From two bedrooms to Three bedrooms the prices do not alter enormously, however, the amount of availability for community properties does alter and you will find further two-bedroom properties within this product. Villas from four bedrooms are harder to find and the prices escalate considerably, hence it is always good to reconsider the need for these further bedrooms. Vampire Survivors

check out areas like Les Rotes or Montgó. They offer a more tranquil vibe with beautiful scenery and still have easy access to amenities. Another option could be La Pedrera, known for its peaceful surroundings and proximity to nature. Make sure to visit these areas firsthand to get a feel for the vibe and see if they suit your preferences.
