there are cheap alternatives ie companies who specialise in dealing with Endesa for foreign nationals

Go into google & type in help with Endesa

no doubt an admin error on there behalf. I'd keep quiet about that if I were you. The website is designed for people to keep track of their account. The cost of sending literally 1000's of bills each month to foreign countries wouldnt stack up for them.

Go and ask them to send bills your Spainsh electricity bills to your foreign abode & they will laugh at you..... providing they could understand what you just said.

they deal with Endesa on a day to day basis & help people with billing issues or to get reconnected
