Hi All,

I have been approached in the last 2 days by 2 separate companies offering to renegotiate my mortgage with my lender for me for a fixed up from fee of either 1,200 or 1,275 Euros. 

Has anyone else been approached?

I am interested in an interest only mortgage but am reluctant to part with an up front fee after being stung by "Ready Rental Properties" earlier this year for 1,500 Euros plus a non paid rental

One of the companies is IPP Global S.L. - anyone dealt with them?

They are partners with a British PLC company "Partners In Property Solutions plc"  (Registered in England No. 3883536) who trade as "Movewithus.co.uk" & "Switchwithus" plus others so look like a valid company with a reputation to protect.

What you get for your money is a Legal Team that renegotiate your mortgage with your lender to reduce the interest rate in line with what Spanish residents typically pay - these rates usually lower than those paid by non residents.  The will notarise the change of terms for you at the Notary office.

Any thoughts / feedback?

Hi All,

I think we should ask On Holiday group to comment on our woes.  I see on their website that my community Pueblo Salinas in Vera Playa, Almeria is still listed as a Self Catering Hotel but when I try to find availability the website says there's none & recommends other properties. 

As the owner of the "Home from Home" brand I think that the CEO of On Holiday Group should take some responsibility for the misrepresentation & downright fraud of RRP.  I think he should give us his views.  In fact I'm going to ask him for proof that the money paid by my June holiday makers to OHG was ever paid to RRP.  If it wasn't (& this is possible because RRP said that OHG terms were that RRP got paid 30 days after the holiday makers holiday) then OHG could be holding some of our money due from rentals.

Hi All,

I too was foolish enough to get involved with Ready Rental Property.  They never answer emails & now don't answer the phone. I have instructed the key holder to not let anyone sent by RRP into my apartment.

Please note the above listing found when I searched for "DAY COOPER ADAMS LIMITED" - they have applied for insolvency.

The address for RRP in Fuengirola looks like an apartment not an office when I looked it up in Google maps -  Avenida Clemente Diaz, 8,  Fuengirola, 29640.

I don't know if anything can we done collectively to try & get our money back.  if you are interested in a collective approach please PM me.
