Hi litdc.  Fantastic news very pleased for you .I also have just won our deposit back plus interest for 10 year 

and court costs it took a year from start to finish and received my money within a month of the court case 

our solicitors where Mam solicitors in san Javier highly recommended 

there’s lots of good news stories coming out so if in same boat don’t give up there’s light at the end of the tunnel

Hi fazarelli great news we are in the process of taking the bank to court we’ve had our first hearing and the next is

in may could you tell me how long it’s been since first day at court to when you got your decision and how many times 

it went to court just getting ourselves ready for a wait  any info would be great thanks Gary

Hi through my solicitor it cost 1000 euros then 15 percent of any money they recover

so you no there going to earn there money and wouldn't take it on if there wasn't a good case against the bank
