Has anyone managed to get a refund yet regarding the 35% over-payment CGT paid by non residents? I'm currently waiting to hear, hopefully some good news

I recently heard of a law firm that won a case on a no win no fee basis, their client has just been paid. Are there any other law firms doing the same on a no win no fee scheme?

Hi all, has anyone heard about this current story? Property sold between 2004 - 2008 where charged 35% CGT instead of being charged 15%

Any solicitors currently tackling this?
