TAX rebate after selling between 2004 - 2008
The Comments |
Hi all, has anyone heard about this current story? Property sold between 2004 - 2008 where charged 35% CGT instead of being charged 15%
Any solicitors currently tackling this?

I have seen on another forum where a couple have successfully appealed in the High Court against being charged 35% instead of 15%. It is a BBC news link I think. The solicitor involved seemed to think a precedent had been set, but is there such a thing in Spain? It also stated the hoops you have to jump to appeal the initial refusal to refund monies.

I recently heard of a law firm that won a case on a no win no fee basis, their client has just been paid. Are there any other law firms doing the same on a no win no fee scheme?
Thanks
