Some very specific requirements here but you never know,someone might have something!
I have a client looking to buy a property in need of work in the Estepona area. They want to do this on a rent to buy basis over 2-3 years. Ideally a house that a bedroom could be added or some sort of building work to higher the price as he is a builder.
However,the snag is they only want to pay around 500 month rent so they can use their money to renovate.
Like all rent to buy this is a good way of selling your home as there can't be many people wishing to spend time and money adding bedrooms and then walk away! Either way works out well for you!
Anyone any ideas? Negotiation is available! (a little!)
