We are in the UK at the moment.
Our key holder has informed us yesterday we have no signal despite paying our monthy charge to Simulsat.
Are any members in Los Montesinos able to get the Simulsat channels at present?
Tried mailing them yesterday but they have not replied yet.
Many thanks

I've tried e-mailing them several times,we even tried to find their 'provisional'offices in pubs when we were last over in Feb,and the landlords said'they dont come anymore'.
I am seriously worried about this system, even though I decided to wait till we next go,in May,before we decide on the way forward,we havent registered or paid anything.we are in La Mata

Try the attached link. Hopefully this will help as it has phone no.s etc. !! Good Luck. Hopefully this hasn't gone down the Telmicro route. We are now on Torresat which seems OK but we do lose signal every now and again - it's standard in Spain !! but who knows how long they will last as allegedly all rebroadcasting systems are illegal in Spain ??!!!!
It may just need retuning so don't panic just yet !!

maybe they have gone the same way as solaris tv have ..."they were busted" by the Guardia, with equipment and documents confiscated, in the same amnner as telmicro.
it is unknown what this is for, either tax issues or rebroadcasting tv channels (particualrly pay tv channels) without the proper premissions.

We have finally got to the bottom of the problem with our Simulsat reception.
Over the Christmas period our communal mesh dish was repositioned to another direction, so we were unaware until our keyholder checked just before some guests arrived.
John the engineer for Los Montesinos, quickly retuned our coship box to receive the TV signals after contacting him, now receiving ok.
Its a shame that Simulsat have not bothered to reply to our Emails, so much for customer service!
