Asturias, aka green Spain, is perhaps the most beautiful part of Spain. This region is famous for its beautiful landscapes and mesmerizing scenic beauty. In short, Asturias has something for every one. If you are a lover of the exotic beaches, you can go to Playa de Ballota. Added to the vast beach there, you will also like the local market and delicious foods there. The place also offers a vibrant night life with its bars and cafes.

Again, if you love to watch the wonder of the nature, Parque Natural de Somiedo is there for you. This natural reserve has an unbelievable variety of flora and fauna that will sustain your wonder. In fact, you can find the migrating birds here as well. In fact, this is one reason why many tourists visit this sanctuary.

So, you can enjoy sea surfing, skiing, dolphin and shark watching, underwater swimming, snorkeling, fishing, parachute riding, paragliding and scuba driving. Apart from that, you can always spend the time sunbathing in the beaches.

If you are a fan of golf, Asturias will offer some unique golf courses. Added to the enjoyment of playing the game, the golf courses here offer some breathtaking view of the sea, landscapes and mountains. Some of the golf courses also offer holiday apartments that the golfers can rent.

Also, you will find different beautiful home made products there in the market.

The night life in Asturias is as vibrant as one of the best centers of the world. You will find different traditional restaurants and cafes in towns and villages. However, if you move towards the larger towns, the night life gets more vibrant. There are plenty of hotels in the region, so don't worry about the accommodation there. However the best place to stay is Hotel Casa de Campo that is located in Celorio, a rural village near Cangas de Onis and very close to Mar Cantabrico's beaches.
