It is related to one client but sameway, they would be offering this info in regards to any other client which made payments to Aifos

Maria,
I like many others have come to an abrupt halt in our fight to get Aifos to return our Deposits. We were promised Bank Guarantees when we signed the Contract in April 2003 but we were to find out later that no such thing was ever issued. We have gone through the Courts and won our case in 2010 but as yet NOTHING... Please can you give me some advice regarding this matter our Solicitor keeps telling us that the administrators are taking longer to sort out the problems left by Aifos before they can see to the people that paid deposits and got nothing regarding their Apartments.

Best option is to request that information ( where money was paid to) by judicial request.
