This is further good news but why are the Judges taking so long to publish their sentence in the first case when in seems the other parties seem to have 20 working days time frame to respond to the courts ?

It is not just about getting the right result as laid by your laws but in a timely manner ...

Days are counted by Court agent, Lawyer and Court office from the moment the Sentence is notified to parties.
