Good luck Hope all goes wll for you . We also paid our hard earned money 11 years ago to purhase property on ACC.
We did win the case ,but we are waiting to see the outcome as the Courts have got a back log.
So fingers crossed we are hoping to get our money back. Wish you all the very best.

Hi Ann
Is your solicitor's White & Baos? We also won our case but the bank appealed and the hearing was in February and we are still awaiting the outcome of the hearing. I was just wondering if yours was the same case
Thanks
Garry

These abusive delays to achieving justice should be reported to MEP's (www.writetothem.com) and be better monitored by the European Commission, as for some this is proving contrary to the rule of law both in terms of legal certainty (consistent award of legal interest backdated to date monies were deposited, and award of costs for successful cases, since the Supreme Court has further clarified Ley 57/68 which should result in fewer contra legem rulings), not to mention the requirement for timely justice that must remain independent and free from political persuasion and any regional protectionist stance towards the Banks.

Hi, we started our proceedings in April 2012, and only recently been told our trial date is set for October this year at Alicante.
It is a very slow process and banks appear to be able to " work the system " to delay hearings and launch frivolous appeals.
just stick with it......
Regards
