Brian

1999 another project fear

No agreement no flights for a few weeks or month could be more if no open skies agreement so flights could be stopped if no agreement

This was stated many times per June vote as with many other things like NI border scottish independence gib finance passportin all ignored

Ryanair are focusing business growth away from uk

Face facts uk has nothing unique to offer and no strong negotiationin strength

Well today I learned from my University aged children that all the people their age who voted to leave are either in denial that they voted to leave or are openly saying it was a big mistake that they wish could take back.  They never wanted to leave the EU they just wanted to protest against the Conservative party.

Guy V you were right except it is happening now. I suspect we will not actually leave the EU and that is why so many Brexiteers are panicking and making up fake news.  Kind of a last ditch attempt to bolster support for a bad idea.

Brian, are you lying down.  Loads of more bad economic news today and all caused by Brexit...

Official figures showed industrial output fell by 0.7% in February from the month before, while construction output shrank by 1.7%.

Separate data showed the UK's deficit in goods and services widened to £3.7bn in February, from £3bn in January.

The pound fell 0.6% against the dollar to $1.2392 and dropped 0.3% against the euro to 1.1682 euros.

Yes.    Lying down but still laughing.   I may need some time to recover PP.

Houses cost more to build in winter PP, get your best researcher on to it.

February from the month before  hahaha   Ho Ho   There's more than 0.7% days missing in February to January   Ha ha ha   Hehehe   Stop it now

Ha ha ha.....separate data....ho ho.   But no planes, that's going to take some laughing off     Give us an hour or so, plenty of golf to catch up on.

pp has shrunk to mentioning a 0.3% fall in the £ how pathetic.

Tadd has picked up on the Ryanair article, Open Skies is an agreement between the US and the EU and includes a number of European non EU countries, are the EU really going to stop the massive U.K. Tourist flows to EU countries, I think not. ThecUK were hugely influential in finalising this agreement on behalf of Europe.

Ads has once again quoted exactly what was said by whom.

No I don't take kindly to a Dutch MEP referring to 17mill Brits making a stupid descision because of Conservative infighting.

I would remind all that UKIP alone polled 4 mill votes at the 2015 general election whilst the Lib Dem vote collapsed and the Tories and UKIP combined vote amounted to 52% of those that voted a remarkably similar number to the referendum.

Some people seem to be getting really desperate. (And I don't mean Brexiteers).

Some good news

Membership contributions to the EU are calculated on the basis of gross national income, if that goes up because the economy is doing well then so do the dues owed to Brussels. If the economy is not doing so well, as with France – which is in line to get £790 million back from Brussels – then contributions go down.

So if we slow down we pay less and even get some money back, ding dong......

Descartes said, "I think therefore I am".  Hugh said, "I think not." And poof, he was gone, oh well, he won't be missed.

I decided to leave off comment/argument about Brexit after article 50 had been promugated. So take this as a comment about polls!

MORI:

"Eight months after the Referendum, the research, carried out with online British adults aged 18-75, finds only 4% of those who voted in the referendum would change their vote, and there was no difference in this between Remainers and Leavers. So, no change to date."

Holding anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.          Buddha.

Let that anger out PP.     have a laugh, god knows I have tonight.

No planes.     Ha ha ha     Ohhhhh. It's hurting now
